Michaela Salinas is a dynamic business development leader whose experience as a collegiate swimmer shaped the discipline, teamwork, and perseverance that define her professional approach today. A West Coast native, she began her studies at California State University, Bakersfield, and earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Bob Jones University. She is currently pursuing her MBA.

Michaela launched her career in the nonprofit sector, advancing from intern to Director of Development.
