Zack Devier

Zack Devier started working in the commercial real estate industry in 1998. Then in 2006, Zack created Armada Analytics. Using his previous industry exposure, he built and refined the commercial real estate underwriting experience.

After over a decade of building Armada, he then earned a Master of Finance Degree from Georgetown University. With his newly acquired knowledge and his expertise in multiple business-to-business industries, he started Prescient Strategies and continues to build Armada year after year.  

At Flux Technologies, a portfolio company of Prescient Strategies, he plays a crucial role in leading and managing growth, as well as making key board decisions.
